FAQ and Policies

Can I order a custom piece? 

Yes! I take custom orders through out the year. You can either send an email to meighanmary@outlook.com or contact me via Instagram to discuss your ideas. As I am a small business run by one person wait times can vary for custom pieces.


How long will my order take?

All pieces available for purchase on this site are made to order. This means once you have paid at checkout your order is then cast, sized, polished an stone set. This can take a maximum of 3 weeks however usually I can ship within 2 weeks. Sometimes casting can take some time as this is out of my control I like to give a maximum estimate before the piece is shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. I Australia Post. All domestic orders are express posted. 


I changed my mind, can I get a refund or exchange?

I’m sorry but no. All orders placed are final. As a small business I am not able to refund your money, however I am happy to work with you on helping you receive a piece you are happy with so please contact me to discuss.


Can I get my piece repaired?

Yes. Sometimes stones crack or you may need a resize or even a scratch removal an polish. However there are certain repairs that I am unable to do so please contact me an we can discuss the options.


I’m buying a ring as a gift how do I know what size to buy?

This is sometimes a hard question. We first need to know what finger it is going to be worn on. The most accurate way to get someone’s size is to get them to go to a local jewellery store an have their fingers sized properly. If it is a surprise take one of their rings they normally wear an get them to check the size. Otherwise I request a photo showing the diameter of that ring. 


Can I lay-by?

I’m sorry but no. As a small business I can’t facilitate lay-bys. If you would really like a piece but it’s just out of your budget I do offer gift vouchers, so you can let that someone special know.
